The company CityGate Immobilien GmbH was founded in 1999 by its managing partner, Stefan Klug. In 2003, Mrs. Rita Ulke joined the company as its joint partner and authorized representative. We see ourselves as a modern, innovative service provider in the field of real estate. Other than the normal day-to-day business of a real estate company, our main focus concerns property management. Properties are our daily product and our passion. With this philosophy we committ ourselves to our clients by being flexible, individual and offering fast soloutions. Our Team

Stefan Klug, managing partner, born in 1963. With as many as 29 years in this business, it is an "old hand" in the property management and real estate business. He led the department of a nationwide property management in Berlin until 1993 before he went into business for himself in 1994. Stefan Klug founded company CityGate Immobilien GmbH in 1999 and is its managing partner. Being a property owner himself, he knows exactly what his clients expectations are.

 

Rita Ulke, authorized representative and partner, born in 1954. Being a highly skilled bank clerc, she was an empolyee of Berliner Bank for almost 30 years, where she served as an investment consultant for the affluent, private clientele. Rita Ulke joined CityGate Immobilien GmbH in 2003 and has been its authorized representative and partner ever since. She is the responsible counterpart of all organizational aspects in this company. She is also a property owner herself and therefore knows our clients needs very well.
